Is there a way in KnowledgeSync to specify different actions based on whether a record is NEW, CHANGED, or DELETED?

I am trying to migrate an Alert from Business Alerts to KS that runs different VBscripts for New vs Changed vs Deleted records - I am looking for the equivalent of this screen in Business Alerts.
