    Is there a way for Jobs in Job Cost that are ""Completed"" but not closed to refuse any further postings?

    Job Costs - Setup - Job Cost Options Tab # 2 - Additional - Define Job Statuses Allowed In Entry Select this check box to enable the Job Status Maintenance task, which allows you to limit which job numbers can be entered in data entry tasks based on the job's status. If this check box is cleared, the Job Status Maintenance task will be unavailable.

    Check out this trick for searching that cumbersome ""what's new"" page. I used it to find the answer. Basically you tell Google to only search a certain domain by putting in the keyword --- site: Then put in the domain or url to restrict the search to In some cases I had to put the keyword before this -- and in others after. Not sure why. Can also use Google Advanced search: http://www.google.com/advanced_search Just copy and paste whatever domain or URL you want to restrict search results to
