Is there a way for AP division to determine what inventory account a product hits (from P/O) ? I'm not seeing any way to do that but maybe I'm missing something?

I don't believe so.

This is just thinking about loud. Is the inventory asset under that division? I'm wondering how the balance sheet by division would work out if you some costs coming out in one division and some in another.

good point @RhondaMcNamara plus when you sold the items how would Sage know which Divisional Inventory would get credited? This doesn't really work. but if they separated divisions into warehouses then it makes sense.
