    Is there a standard logon to use to access the BESTSYS32 odbc driver inside Crystal Reports? I need to write some custom reports against the FAS (Fixed Assets) database. FAS users don't enter logon when using FAS.

    Appears I'm going at this the wrong way. Seems like I need to get on a FAS workstation. I was on the server where the FAS client hadn't been installed.

    See if there is a WINFASRW DSN. You might try ""guest"" with a blank password.

    I ended up doing a FAS wkstn setup on the server, and then accessed Reporting inside FAS, selected 'create new report', and that launched Crystal.
