Is there a special trick procedure to copy paperless direct deposit stubs? Client went and started a server move and now I'm cleaning up paperless. I've used the viewer to copy journals/registers and reports. The stubs don't seem to have a central place to copy - or am I overlooking something. So far as I can see the automated copy tool doesn't work at all.

I was prompted ""do you want to move associate source documents"" and I said N because I thought it meant attached images of AP invoices which they don't do. That's the only method I could see for moving these Direct Deposit stubs is if the system somehow knew to also move the stub. I mean - does nobody else's clients every change servers? Unfortunately with Paperless you cannot even do the ""keep the path the same"" trick because it uses a server\share connection rather than drive letter. Client's IT guy sprang it on me at 8:30 that they were moving servers. Payroll is tomorrow. At this point I guess it's their problem if they don't send stubs. I never would have scheduled a server upgrade a day before a payroll run when the payroll person was also out so she could not check the payroll.

Can you rename a workstation to the old servername and create a SharePoint with the same name then copy the direct deposit pdf's over. If that is not possible then a quick and dirty utility could be written and used to rename the location in the pdf.log file.

I have access to the old server and data. Will try pulling it again tomorrow. I have no idea where the form copy happens. Apparently not many people save these direct deposit stubs in paperless, -Wayne sent from my Droid X

I have a client using DD Stub with 4.3 . Let me look into a little. I believe their is a viewer in Payroll. I will check.

There is a viewer, but you have to go through one employee at a time. It doesn't look like there is a move button that works, but I could be wrong.

Did you see the Paperless Office Stub viewer in the direct deposit menu. You should be able to move from there. The move is mid way done the screen once you select the pdf's.

This seems like a question that should be Sage's knowledgebase as well. It's odd that they don't have a viewer screen on paperless options but I guess that is probably for security.

If you use the image blur out all the names on there as this could be live data.
