Sage 100

Is there a separate support line other than 800-854-3415 to obtain Sage Intelligence support? If so - anyone know that number? I have a customer who is self-installing SI and received the attached message. I looked in the KB and it suggests the issue is bad registration keys.

I usually use the 800-865-3611 but I think that all go to the same spot now.

Also I usually use the embedded number in the Serial number for example if serial # is V134565467_dfgrts as the Company ID/Account Number. This example would be 134565467

Hmm - that could be the case because I have a 4000xx company number and the Sage documents seem to fudge around the concept that the customer number ""might not be right"" ...

Of course this is what Sage advised. ""And, um, no I don't know why it's that way in the customer's online record....

+1 what Jim said. I don't think I've ever installed Intelligence where the 400xxxx account number worked.

I recently had a new purchase and the account number was the 400 # and the serial was a xxxx-xxxx-xxxx type number. I think it's this way when the customer has a new purchase of Sage 100 and no old account number exists. In your case Wayne, I agree with Jim as to the account number.
