Is there a secret to getting a network printer to pull from a specific tray when printing AP checks in MAS 200 v4.5.5? I have created a new printer device specifically for AP checks. Set the tray to tray 1 and did the same thing under printer set up in the AP check printing panel. No cigar!

You may need to also tinker with the Printer setting inside the Crystal .rpt.

Not 100% but think in the past multi-part form may have worked but as I recall first the printer / tray combo had to be recognized. FWIW

I believe what I have done is set up a new printer device and then disabled all printer trays except tray 1. The printer has no other choice but to do what I want it to do!

Ooh, @MichaelMcDonald, I'm battling this demon with a client I recently upgraded to 2013. They print multi-part (2nd copy goes to blank paper - can't talk them into Paperless for the copy). It insists on sending both copies to the tray configured for the first copy, no matter what selections you make. The client prints to different trays on the same printer. I'll have them try this.

If this is a HP printer have them download the universal printer driver and setup a check printer with that driver.

2013 messed with multi part printing for me too. And it works perfect in 4.4, recognizes the form. Seems like a whole lot changed to AP Checks. MICR, multi part, ... weirder, PR works fine for multi-part and calls on the right trays.
