Thank you, @BobSosbee. We have about 75 users here, of those about 25-30 are connecting remotely via TS.
In their live environment, we have the service running & no longer have the WindX errors due to increased heap, but occasionally it will just lock up for all users. After testing, I am now assuming they are reaching one of these thresholds & Sage can't take anymore tasks.
We are running a test environment right now, trying to get better performance & we now have Sage isolated on its own server. I will have my IT look into these other areas as well. We should have plenty of memory, but I will verify. I appreciate the tips!
