Sage 100

Is the payroll subscription included in the reseller copy of Sage 100, or will we need to purchase the payroll subscription?

I have never paid anything extra and mine still functions (as of Friday)...

That is a question that I have as well. I don't know the answer. The NFR copies that I have on my system are giving me errors related to the payroll subscription. I expect that Sage did not consider that angle and will have to do something different than what they planned to do.

Yeah but did the programmers get that message? Guess we will find out 5/1...

Thanks @WayneSchulz Hopefully the expiration date of the payroll subscription will get updated soon.

I have a customer on 2013. 2017 is installed on the same server and they have a current payroll subscriptions. Will the 2013 payroll get shut down on May 1st if we aren't live on 2017?

We were told that we need to fill out the payroll form and submit it and they will process a zero subscription for us. No answer on what the expiration date will be set to though.

Does the license apply to v2013???

Sage told me this: ""2015.5 and higher have tiered registration/expiration date checks."" and I am counting on it or 5/1/17 will be a delayed April Fool's Day for me....

@LourdesSobrino To clarify: If a user is on a version below 2015 PU5 there isn't a payroll kill switch?

I understand it as 2015.5 will have the switch...and anything higher...when you do a *info...if it does not have an expiration date..you are OK

Our system is at 2015.04 and has a payroll expiration date.

That is the explanation I got from SAGE....but I am just enrolling everyone that has an expiration date...to be safe..
