    Maybe it was down for a while? I just got to customer info using OK using IE 10

    I always have sporadic problems with accessing customer info. Sometimes Chrome works. Sometimes incognito within Chrome works. Sometimes I have to go to IE. There's no rhyme or reason other than I have the problem pretty regularly.

    Now mine is working using IE.
