Is the issue with Paperless not generating color logos in color in generated PDFs an Amyuni converter issue or is it something with MAS ? This is for version 4.40.

Hve run into it and solved it by saving Crystal form for the specified printer on the server. Seems to me like they previewed OK but not printed OK, so more like a Crystal/printer thing.

I ran into this several months back, on 4.20. Was able to resolve it by hard-coding the color printer in the Crystal form even if printing to a diff color printer. What was happening was that when sending out multiple e-mails, only the first pdf had the logo in color. All others don't. But the printed copies all print in color. I tried using both the ""e-mail statement customers only"" and ""print or e-mail customers"" settings, but both only resulted in the first pdf having a color logo. I also tried a different printer but same thing happened.

Everything under the sun is fixed in the 4.50 release.

As of MAS 200 v4.5.2, this has NOT been fixed yet. My SO forms are send in color, but my PO form is sent in black and white. Same logo in both forms. Both forms are are set to NO Printer under page setup. Both forms are sent from the same workstation. I haven't tried Brett's work around as I only send my PO to Sage so who cares!!!!!!!!!!

I just checked out the MAS90 enhancement site and my request for color PDF forms says. ""Completed. V4.5"". https://www11.v1ideas.com/SageERP/mas90and200/Idea/Detail/738

I just sent Lori a note documenting that it is not working on PO's. It previews in color, prints in color, just doesn't paperless in color. I guess 2 out of 3 ain't bad........

Appears it is still an issue (at least in 4.5.2).
