Is Sage sponsoring an after-business hours event in Atlanta? In the past there have been a concert, a museum night, etc. I don't see anything advertised on the agenda.

Avalara and some others are having a party 9-midnight wednesday. You need to get a wristband form one of the booths

Those complimentary passes they are now advertising don't pay for themselves.

Avalara used to advertise in advance and you had to register on-line. I forgot about them. Apparently Avalara changed the procedure for getting into the party. I was wondering about where the Sage party is this year. I have a customer going that goes every year to Summit and he is asking if Sage is maybe sponsoring a trip to the Georgia Aquarium one of the nights. I hate to break it to him, but....... I think the 2 hour networking at the trade show IS the Sage event. Bonus.. You can get an autographed photo with George Foreman for $50 and a pre-purchase of a grill master.

I'm anticipating so few attendees, a concert would be like Spinal Tap Mk. II Jazz Odyssey at the Themeland Amusement Park opposite the Puppet Show! https://youtu.be/GkpycWPxQi4

LOL... ""Only"" 2500 people so let's do nothing.

The Free - the Atlanta-based lounge band - are playing at the reception at Partner Day. If they survive our critiques, perhaps they will play for the customers. (I listened to some of their tracks on line - they're not going to survive mine!)

The Free would not even qualify to open for whoever would open for the groups we have had at past Summits.

Even a luao or a casino night or anything would be nice. A bit disappointed that nothing is scheduled. Apparently the investors would rather take our party in dividends.

Sage needs to get some advice from their new worldwide partner, Salesforce. Entertainment for the last 6 years at Dreamforce: Metallica (2011), Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day, Bruno Mars, The Foo Fighters, U2 (2016) Or maybe SF can just buy Sage NA and the bonus is the entertainment.

Pretty awesome. You may get a few more people at Summit with entertainment like that. At $99 a head you would need a LOT more people to cover the cost.... OR you could expense it to marketing.

Just got an email from a client. Avalara does have a link to register for the party and then you need to pick up the wristband at their booth. Great.... they are inviting my client's but don't bother inviting me! Isn't that special. Same thing every year.

I signed up for the Avalara party. They had better stock up on top shelf booze and food because I am getting there early and closing the place down.

    Spinal Tap is probably available (under $200,000!) . . . http://www.bookingentertainment.com/artists/classic_rock/spinal-tap.php

I am surprised @JeffSchwenk didn't book Spinal Tap for his b-day party last weekend.

The tap at my party was the keg tap!
