    Is Sage 100 version 2025 PU1 compatible with StarShip?  I opened a case with V-Technologies last Thursday and still don't have an answer.

    Email Simon directly.  It 'probably' is compatible for the Business Object Interface. I have Not Seen availability for the StarShip Link (the button on sales order shipping data entry). Let us know what he says, please.

    Thanks @Madeline Stefanou  I sent an email to Simon.  I opened up another case yesterday with V-technologies and I received a partial answer that confirms your understanding that v25.0.3 BOI is compatible.  I will report back when Simon replies regarding StarShip Link compatibility.

    From V-Technologies tech support:

    Yes, Sage 100 BOI is compatible with StarShip, and the specific Sage 100 2025 BOI  is compatible with StarShip version 25.0.3

    Per Simon Volta at V-Technologies:  Sage 100 Link 2025 will be available in our next release which is slated through mid September.  So StarShip BOI is compatible with Sage 100 v2025 and StarShip Link is not yet compatible.

    Remember when V-Technologies made a big stink about everyone needing to have a login for their portal? If only there were a place where up-to-date information such as this could be kept and accessed securely by their customers and consultants.

    Yes, and it's a really an ineffective system when A.  the question doesn't get answered at all or the answer is incomplete and there is no way to conveniently communicate with the tech support person. and 2.  The system is so inefficient you have to bypass it and email a supervisor to get an answer.

    I don't see how the customer support portal benefits V-Technologies or us.  We used to be able to make a phone call and get an answer in 5 minutes to most issues.  Much more efficient for everyone then.
