Is it unreasonable to think that an order for six licenses should be easy to provide? Especially for Sage CRM - where there are only two different SKUs! Four revisions in ... still waiting.

Are you asking if it's reasonable in the real world or the Sage world?

I don't want to dash your hopes but we ordered 2 additional CRM licenses on June 5th and finally received license keys June 26th. No explanations and no apologies, but Chrystina was pretty pleased with herself that it was finally processed.
