Is it possible to run a Custom Crystal Report with parameters that points to Access data tables that also has a sub report pointing to Access tables from MAS? What is happening is the user is prompted with the parameters and they hit ok, then another prompt comes up and it's the subreport link and no matter what is input (or left blank) it fails with message saying ""Unable to view (report name). This field name is not known. The report runs fine from Crystal and of course we're able to run other custom reports with subreports/parameters that point to MAS tables without issue

You can create ""generic"" parameters and use them as subreport links to subreports that utilize MAS/Access/Excel database tables. I can connect with you tomorrow if you have time and work on it with you.

Why not use pass through queries and base the whole report on Access?
