Is it possible to add a custom report to the paperless features ie printed and filed as pdf and email. Customer does not like Sage statements and are using one I created but I can't seem to give them the auto email.

I didn't modify an existing statement. I created a new one. Basically I was hoping there was a way to incorporate custom reports into the paperless module instead of purchasing an add-on. I'm not a programmer but it doesn't sound like such a complicated task to include custom reports in the paperless features and have custom reports stored together with standard reports and emailed as well

Isn't the ability to incorporate custom reports into Paperless a v2015 feature?

Why not modify the existing report to pull from the statement WRK table? Might be easier than going through all the steps to install and execute the suggestions above.

@MarkKotyla I haven't downloaded 2015. Is this confirmed? @JeffSchwenk While I've created complex crystal reports for some odd reason I've never modified an existing wrk table report. Perhaps it's about time time I start. :-)

I agree with Jeff. You need to modify the stock standard and create a custom one . Let me know if you need assistance. A custom statement shouldn't be too tough. @ZalmiBerger

@ZalmiBerger - If you are a wiz at creating Crystal reports, this will be a walking in the park for you. Just pull the information from the wrk table. Add UDF's to it if necessary.

@ZalmiBerger I thought I saw it on one of the Inspire Tour handouts, so not official. I'd only recommend doing the statements separately if you need to attach other files (in addition to statement), otherwise I agree with others... you should use the work table and allow it to use Paperless as designed.
