Is it me or did Sage actually make their search functionality less useful? After the downtime over the weekend, I notice today that when I try to search for an item and tell it to specifically look in Sage 100 that I'm getting results for Sage X3 and Sage 300?!

I noticed this today also.

Strange when you specify Sage 100 and get Sage 500 articles.

I did as well. I just tried to do a search on something for Sage 100 2017 and received searches for all levels.

I had one search today that returned results from Sage X3, Sage 300 and I think Sage 100 Contractor. This was all despite my filtering the search to Sage 100.

totally. It has become much less useful with the new search algorithms, or whatever is being used to filter results!

I emailed Sage to notify them. I have no idea who is in charge of that area so i just sent it to someone association with customer success.

Customer Success??? Is there someone in charge of that?
