Is it just me or is the sage portal intermittently unreachable today?

So I reached out to the portal people over the last few weeks and they said they weren't aware of any outages. #DenyDenyDeny I suggested that they look at their logs, because surely such an event would show up. She thought maybe I just needed to clear out my cookies. <pausing to collect my cookies before I go on> and I said that I had cleared them and asked if it made sense that I would get Sage's maintenance page if it were just a matter of clearing my cookies. <cricket cricket> She suggested it was because I log in and out as different people too much. <what?> I log in alot because I'm testing other browsers, not to change identity. <cricket cricket> So I gave her some specific times. Oh, well, yes, we might have been working on it then. Bang Head Here

I couldn't get into the portal at all this morning for about 30 minutes. No message, nothing but the browser churning away.

same. It's been bad the past 5-7 days. Funny Sage has no idea of the problem.

I complained to someone else at Sage yesterday. Shared with her the person who said it's not happening. Worth a shot.

Maybe we should all tweet a screenshot when the portal is inaccessible

@KevinMoyes Thank you for reporting it on Sage City. That is the same person who told me it wasn't down but at least she's hearing it from more than one source.

I think this is actually their way of unveiling their new website! #Tadaaa

There must be a service for monitoring website uptime. Perhaps someone could suggest for Sage to sign up to monitor https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/ from an external source. Their internal monitoring is useless.

And display it here, on ""Is Sage Down"" for instance. https://trust.sage.com/

^^ I find most of these status pages should more correctly be labeled ""Has X been down for days"" because they don't seem to get updated before the outage is over or WELL underway.

Looks like the customer portal is still up, with a search KB link (which works even as a guest). https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/ No downloads / customer keys... but better than nothing, while the partner portal is down.
