  • 1.  Is it just me or is Higher Logic flipping back and forth between screens

    I'm having trouble getting into the various communities using a direct link. I've lost the ability to  Browse - Discussion Posts as that link briefly shows me a list of all discussions and then flips to the opening home page of the 90minds.com domain.

    How are other people getting into HL or is it just me or are some wondering the same?

    I am not having that problem today, but have in the past.  Usually it gets fixed if I disconnect my VPN long enough to log in, and then reconnect the VPN.

    We've had a couple of others report an 'auto-logoff' after login, but that's first of the 'return to home screen' I've seen from browsing discussions.    I recommend clearing the browser cache and logging in again, or disconnect the VPN and reconnect as Phil suggested.

    The resolution for me was to change my bookmarks so the 90Minds.com url was shown and not the full connected communities that was initially used.

    To do this I typed 90Minds.com into the browser, navigated to the page I usually visit and copied that url over my saved bookmark url.

    This may primarily appear for those using older saved bookmarks vs typing the address into the browser each time or using and updated bookmark.

    Yes, if you have an old bookmark with connected communities it should be updated to https://community.90minds.com/home

    This appears to also be an issue with some older posts which may be discovered during the search. On several posts that were revealed during a search clicking the link to view the post brought me into a circular loop of prompting me to log in. I believe this is likely due to some type of DNS issue though I can't tell if it's Higher Logic related or DNS/Domain.
