Is it just me or does the Sage portal seem to have

    Is it just me or does the Sage portal seem to have problems accessing customer info mostly in the afternoon? I was in a few times today accessing customers and now I get the Service Cannot Be Reached.

    Fully accepting the risk that the sarcasm may not be picked up, it's morning here and everything is fine. Maybe you should try another time zone.

    Could be a Google Chrome issue, cookies, or some variation

    Had to be a cookie issue - I'm RDP into a customer and I can use Chrome and access my customer section on Sage portal.

    I have not been able to use IE9 or IE10 on portal for about a week. Using chrome. Since last MS Win7 update, cannot open pdf files in IE so may be related in my case.

    I was able to access it this morning with IE 10.

    Continue to experience ongoing issues - Chrome, Explorer. Same error message. Oddly was able to get in . Was able to launch Chrome and open an incognito window and THAT worked. So it does not appear to be an account permissions issue - more like a cookie or some other tracking that the people managing the SAP based portal have not taken into consideration.

    From the partner facing side of this SAP portal - what a complete waste of money (I realize this portal serves other purposes such as better tracking of combined customer info and managing all the cross sell). Still I cannot believe how badly it appears that Sage got taken for a ride on this.

    The portal is exhausting. After updating IE10, the portal was fine for weeks without compatibility view. Then it was not. Now I it is fine using compatibility view.
