    I haven't been able to upload an image or file attachment in the past few days. Is the ability to do so broken/disabled?

    I occasionally experience weird stuff like that within HL.  Sometimes it seems browser-related.

    I haven't had any issues with posting images or attachments.  However, a few days ago, I had lots of issues with opening the 90minds.com site from Firefox, with incomplete page loads and it looking very odd.

    I went to Add/Remove programs, selected Firefox, then Refresh.  This fixed my issues.  Note, the refresh does reset any Firefox options back to default.

    Depending on your browser, you may find a similar refresh will take care of any issues.

    Ctrl+F5 can help force a full refresh of a specific web page, but clearing the browser cache / cookies is more complete.

    That's what I'm running also, @Wayne Schulz​ (Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)), and it appears to be working for me.  The first image I right-clicked pasted (from Snipping Tool), the 2nd image I dragged in.

    I can't browse and upload a file but I was able to find a URL online that pointed to a JPG and add it via URL

    Are you not able to click on the plus sign in the middle of the 'upload file' screen?  I wonder if you're just running into what I did a week or two ago when it appeared the 'upload file' screen didn't have the option to browse your computer, until I then realized I needed to simply click the plus sign.

    In addition to adding a file to a post, as an attachment, you can post picture in line with your thread response/post.  On PC is Ctrl+V to paste or select the Inset Image icon from the toolbar. 
    Image Icon on the ToolbarIf you insert an image inline with the text, you'll be prompted for an image size, name and description as shown in this second illustration.

    @Wayne Schulz the prompt window may have been hidden behind other windows when you pasted the image and may have looked like you couldn't insert an image.

    I’ve uploaded images a ton. It lets me browse to the file, select it, upload it. Then the upload disappears. It’s weird.

    Something else I just realized is if you use the 'Upload File' button for an image file, that creates a file 'attachment' - as opposed to an 'embedded' image via the 'Insert/Edit Image' icon on the toolbar (or via copy/paste, or drag/drop).  See below screen-shot.  Is that maybe what's happening for you? - because I think I see what you mean by "the upload disappears", but I do see my image file 'attachment'.
