I have my presentation all ready. I think it’s right after the keynote on Friday and while the working title is Technology Innovation I’ve enhanced it by adding some other advice that has worked well for me over the years.
Some of these took me years to figure out. Some are newer ( like the Sage KB change ).
I used to waste a ton of time on unqualified prospects and tire kickers until I worked out a sales path that worked. It doesn’t mean that I necessarily close more leads. But I definitely waste less time and don’t give away my value like I used to.
It’s all about having a strategy!
