    Is database error 9 still a thing? I haven't had a call on it in a while but today one of my customers called. I'm not sure if Sage has fixed this issue or if people are more used to resolving it on their own.

    The bad date issue? yes, it's still a thing, had one not too long ago.

    Same here. Has branched out beyond AP invoices, too.

    Popped up last week after upgrading a client to 2016. Their product keys still included payroll, although they no longer use the module and I didn't install it. The payroll subscription expiration date in system setup/product registration was populated with FAIL instead of a date. This caused the error 9 on the system configuration report. I had to remove the field from the report to get around the error.
