Is anyone using Time Track (replacement for Timecard in 2018+)? Are you using it in Premium at 2018+? I called 2 sales folks and opened one support case and nobody at Sage is able to give me much feedback. Two have never heard of it. I'm still having a problem enabling it on 2018 Premium and Sage keeps guessing that's because it's not at framework (it's built into payroll 2018 which the customer has a subscription for)

Do they own TimeCard/Time Track module?

Yes. It was on migration quote. It's online in their sage portal.

I assume that you saw the set up in payroll set menu for Time Track options. There is a setup check box in Payroll Options to enable time track for Time card and then a setup for Time Track options

Yes I see the setup option - the issue I have in 2018.4 Premium is the checkbox to enable Time Track in Payroll setup is grayed out. The customer can get into payroll, had a license before for Timecard (v2017) went through a migration to 2018 Premium where the quote showed Timecard. Most of my calls to Sage include either (a) ""What's Time Track"" or (b) I don't think that's compatible with premium (which I find unlikely because it's built into payroll 2018)

Can you change the setting in DFDM?

Actually change it in SQL Manager

@PhilMcIntosh I've been using the free DSD SQL DFDM - would that work as well?

Sage just sent me updated keys. I haven't tested them yet but I think this is going to be a bad keys issue. One thing that did happen is Sage had the quote for 100cloud created then I asked that they platform change to SQL/Premium. It's possible that somehow that caused an issue/glitch in getting the right keys.

@WayneSchulz for this yes since it is just one record to edit but when you have multiple records to make the same change to SQL is so much easier
