    Is anyone using Sage Update Advisor on their clients systems? If so, what are your experiences? What about data conversion and custom office utilities? Thanks!

    No. Once that PEP thing happened a few years back (where people couldn't get into Sage 100 since the PEP service was unavailable), I've been actively disabling PEP and uninstalling Sage Advisor each time it re-installs itself. Probably harsh, but I don't like surprises. :)

    I follow @SteveIwanowski uninstall and disable steps.

    Only to download updates, but never install.

    The times I've tried using SAU to download, upon completion the folder where it downloaded was empty. Didn't have the patience to try and troubleshoot. I do however kinda like the e-mail notifications you can enable inside SAU, although it's only specific to what's installed on that particular machine.

    I disable PEP and download the updates manually.
