    Is anyone having connection issues with Go To Assist? I seem to be fine for unattended but not when I want to get on a customers machine. Any on else ?

    I have had some problems on occasion. If I ask them to uninstall Go to assist in their program files and then try again it again, it normally works. I am not sure if there is an update that is creating a problem but this seems to work for me.

    I don't often have problems connecting, but I frequently lose keyboard (but not mouse) control during a session.

    Thanks I am having a issue with several customers that I can't connect too. Again I am still able to connect via unattended . I am thinking it is a update or something like @DeniseSawyer is saying.

    I had to have a client uninstall GoToAssist yesterday in order to get on. There's an update that just came out.

    Citrix/GotoAssist is famous for pushing out buggy half-baked updates (one caused a lengthy outage) and never fessing up. They just push out another one later that in some cases fixes their prior screwup.
