Sage 100

Is anyone having an issue downloading the PU 2 for v2016? When I click on the download link it tells me either I need to login, or my Business Care plan is not active...

EDIT: Removed link to PU2 because I don't know if there is a problem with the update which caused Sage to pull it after the initial release.

I certainly hope with all the new money flowing in with the 100c sales that they invest in a decent download site. I too am getting the above ""oops"" message when trying to download PU2. I don't get it when clicking on PU 1 or the v2016 download or any other previously displayed downloads. I don't think they are smart enough to determine whether you are current but rather too stupid to do things consistently. The PU 2 doesn't even display on the ""my download"" page although PU 1 does. Consistency!!!! Anyway, my real gripe is that a new migration to v2016 std PU1 is now throwing an error in shipping data entry, QTY Shipped = 0, Qty Packed = 10. I am trying to determine if this was fixed in PU 2 (does anyone have the What has been fixed in PU 2 PDF). On the chance that it was not fixed, client is also running ACS's Multi-Bin. Could this be an issue? Does this error message look familiar to anyone? TIA

So this is confusing.... PU2 is available but don't install it yet because it isn't ready??

As @JohnWilder mentioned a couple hours ago in another thread, it appears PU2 is no longer available for download. However, I noticed the link is still present in the Portal on the v2016 download page, but it brings up an ""Oops"".
