Seems so odd that Sage won't pay us commissions on things they've missed paying to us in the past, but if there is an error where they've paid us too much, they'll do a debit memo in a heartbeat. Plus, when converting clients to Sage 100 Cloud, no one ever mentioned that they would be issuing debit memos for the "unused" portion of the perpetual maintenance agreement that we received commissions on. I understand it, but I sure would have liked to have known it was going to happen - we might have chosen to convert clients closer to their renewal date rather than the timeframe Sage wanted us to.

Meh, just a big yawn for me. Fast approaching 20 years with Sage for me. Hard to get excited about a new partner portal when they still can't get my commissions done correctly nor in a timely basis and that they are still struggling to invoice clients accurately and timely. Just discovered Sage missed an invoice last August and now they decline to send the commission on the lost revenue. Never happened in the 17 years I invoiced clients for the renewal.
