    Is anyone else having issues with ACS Multi Bin responding to emails for support? I have emailed Brandi 3 times and have not heard back from her.

    YES, same issue. Ron's respond, Brandi does not.

    I only call Brandi if it's related to their Property Management software. And regardless of who specializes in what enhancement, I always send the e-mails to both Ron's.
