Is anyone aware of a remote solution (tablets) that will allow a client to take payments from their Open Air Market Customers (Market's Vendors) as they drive in and give them some kind of a payment receipt. The invoices have already been entered in Sage ahead of time (1 year in advance actually). They have wifi covering the area where this takes place. I have already talked to ScanForce and their remote sales solution does invoicing with payment, but not payment of existing invoices. And I am thinking that is the rub, paying existing invoices. Thanks in advance.

With xkzero we take payments (check, cash, credit card) as new transactions are being created, but not for on-file invoices.

Website Pipeline allows for online payments for existing invoices on an AR account, in their B2B portal. And, a salesperson can log in for their customers. Not sure on the printing a receipt part, but I am sure it could email one.

@PhilipWhirley Is this something that Click-to-Pay may be able to handle?

@GregStiles we have the ClickToPay product that @NicoleRonchetti referred to which may well do what you need. The invoices have a link to the gateway so all you need is the link to pay online. The payments can be pulled in via cash receipts. Payment processing is through American Payment Solutions. Contact me next week and we can figure out if it fits.
