Is anyone a PAID Evernote user? I'd like to test using Evernote as a way to perhaps keep a Knowledgebase. The online KB systems that I've found are so: a. Expensive b. Complex All I'm really looking to do is create one area to store current support articles generated by the group. The downside to Evernote is that it's ""free form"" meaning we would have to keep the notes updated (created) manually in a specific format: Tags Description Links The upside to using Evernote as a KB is that: a. It's pretty cheap - anywhere from free to $45/year (KB systems tied into helpdesk were $45/mo and up per person) b. It will fully replicate the notebook for off-line use c. Mobile client access/search from just about anywhere Let me know if you'd like to jointly test for one or two months. I think this would require a paid Evernote subscription but I'm not sure until we test.

I'd pay $45 per year. Within pending changes with Sage, I think an additional resource is needed.

    Could Sage CRM accomplish this?

We've been discussing exactly that with @PeterWolf.
