Is 7.1 SP2 of CRM available for download yet? I don't see a link to download it.

It is available for standalong but I think they are still testing it for integrated systems.

Where do you go on the website to get the download?

I have no idea what website you are on... Go to partners.sagenorthamerica.com. Go to Online Documents column and select browse documents. Select For Customers. Select Sage CRM and variants. Select Subscriber Downloads. Select Sage CRM Service Packs. That should provide you with all Service Packs that are available.

That could be where I am missing something. When I go to ""For Customers"" I don't have a link as ""Sage CRM and variants"".

The portal is awesome ... where did you previously go to get the service packs?

I've always gotten them from the Sage MAS website -- not CRM. But this particular install wanted to be on CRM 7.1 and couldn't upgrade to 4.5 so they are running it standalone for the time being.

Anyone hear any news with SP2 of CRM 7.1 be available for download for MAS 100 integrated users?

Is SP2 the same as Patch D?

No I am pretty sure they are two different updates as Patch D was first and then SP2 just was released for stand alone SageCRM 7.1 systems.

Oh. Is there a special place to download Patch D which according to the Integrated Solutions Compatibility Matrix is needed for 4.5 integration.

Well, if you can ever get on the Atlas support site you should be able to find it under the 4.5 product updates grid. I couldn't logon to the support site...tried several times today and it just times out.

I've been on there today but I'm just not finding it.

If I remember it is kinda in the middle of the PU2 for 4.5 section...you should see a Patch D Hotfix 2 download.

Yep ...you got it. Let me know how your install goes of it. I have to do one next week. As usual there are no install instructions that I could see. For a laugh read the first fix listed in the README file.

Not sure when we're installing but it won't be before your's. Re: the first fix line, definitely recommend seeing a Proctologist for that: 0-143392-QA- 7.1 ASS stops working

Installing patch d Hot fix 2 is straight forward and easy.

@JohnnyPabian, are you referring to installing the Patch D hot fix on an existing 7.1 system, or upgrading from 7.0 to 7.1D?

I installed 7.1.D.2 on my customer site but now it is forcing all their CRM url's to use https. Anyone else experience this or know how to turn that off? They don't use CRM externally so https is not required here.

@BrettZimmerman It was from 7.1 I think you have to do an upgrade to 7.1 first from 7.0

So is patch SP2 now available for MAS4.5? Any one know if there is anything new on it? SAGE 4.5 Product page is still only showing Patch D. I understand that Patch D had somes issues and SP2 is the way to go...

That definitely NOT good news. I am still fighting with unresolved issues due to Patch D too.

I was told by a Sage rep that update 2 will not be available until 5.0 and is not supported with 4.5.

Just another way of keeping everyone current........................
