  • 1.  Invoice Printing Error "The File is Empty or Does Not Match Filter"

    ​​A client recently upgraded to Sage 100 Premium v2018.  Recently they reported an issue with some Invoice History Printing where they would get the error "The File is Empty or Does Not Match Filter".  We have been working on the cause and resolution of this error.  Have tested Custom Forms and Standard Forms.  As of today, they are now getting this same error when printing Sales Order Invoices.  We have compared data and cannot find an exact cause.  Still working on troubleshooting but wanted to see if any of you have seen this error and if so, what did you do to resolve it?

    Was there a resolution to this issue?  We have client getting the same message.  So far just one user.  upgrade to 2020.
