  • 1.  Invoice printing error that a different invoice is in use?

    Version 2016 advanced, printing from shipping data entry, get an error that a DIFFERENT invoice is in use.  Anyone seen this before?

    Customer's response to "Is it repeatable for that invoice?":
    "Of course not.  The error forced the user to End the task, and when they opened SDE again and went to print, no problems.  In fact, in one case we waited awhile and I saw the error go away on its own and he was able to print."

    AV exceptions are in place, no continuous backup software in use.  On at least one occasion, the invoice referenced in the error message was actually in use by another user, but why would that keep a different invoice from printing?
