  • 1.  Invoice Consolidation with SageCRM not working consistently

    ​2018 (PU5) We have a client who recently upgraded and also has SageCRM integrated. They are using the Sales Order Invoice Consolidation feature and it is not always working.  All of the data that is required for the rule on consolidation of invoices is correct, but it doesn't always allow the consolidation.  Has anyone else seen this situation?

    Yes I think this was the issue I was having with my test system when it first came out. I could not get it to consolidate. I would get it once or twice but couldn't duplicate it. It was integrated with CRM and I think the orders that worked were ones I created in Sage only and copied to consolidate, never touching CRM.
