I'm sure this question must have been asked and answered before ...
I have a customer that has a signed delivery slip that they want to attach to a paperless email delivery of the invoice. The delivery slip will be in a specific folder with an intelligent name (like InvoiceNo.PDF) so we can easily connect the invoice and this delivery slip PDF.
How would you recommend this be handled?
I thought I could insert a link to the PDF to my Invoice form, but at the moment I'm having difficulty with that. I think when I tried that before with something like a full size page PDF of Terms and Conditions that the page breaking was ugly. Recently, I did insert an image (jpg, I think) to an invoice form which was a dynamic signature capture and that worked well for a smaller picture/image.
If I can't get something to work with paperless emailing from Sage, I'll have to use Visual Cut to send at end of day, etc and in that, I know I can attach multiple PDFs to an email and even merge PDFs together.
... but was hoping to get something to work from within Sage. Any ideas? or directions? or third party solutions already doing this?
