    I'm sure this question must have been asked and answered before ...

    I have a customer that has a signed delivery slip that they want to attach to a paperless email delivery of the invoice.  The delivery slip will be in a specific folder with an intelligent name (like InvoiceNo.PDF) so we can easily connect the invoice and this delivery slip PDF.

    How would you recommend this be handled?

    I thought I could insert a link to the PDF to my Invoice form, but at the moment I'm having difficulty with that.  I think when I tried that before with something like a full size page PDF of Terms and Conditions that the page breaking was ugly.  Recently, I did insert an image (jpg, I think) to an invoice form which was a dynamic signature capture and that worked well for a smaller picture/image.

    If I can't get something to work with paperless emailing from Sage, I'll have to use Visual Cut to send at end of day, etc and in that, I know I can attach multiple PDFs to an email and even merge PDFs together.

    ... but was hoping to get something to work from within Sage.  Any ideas? or directions?    or third party solutions already doing this?

    This isn't an invoice - it's a Work Order - but I do attach 2 pages at the end and I think one is fixed and the other varies based on the WO item.  It might help give you a general idea.  They are in a subreport in the group footer.

    InstaDocs from DSD will do this. I think they’re running a promo to ( 25% off ? )

    Sage Alerts could probably do the same.  We used SAW at a client to send EOD invoices because paperless was too dog slow.  I would expect you could attach the PDF as well.

    Thank you @Jeff Schwenk  Yes, we could use Sage Alerts, but we find that Visual Cut is significantly cheaper and the learning curve is much lower.  We have a few clients with Sage Alerts

    Thank you @Wayne Schulz.  I see that it can send Packing Lists, but can't see where it can combine it.  I'll check with DSD tomorrow (or Tuesday, I guess) to see what they have to say.

    Double check with DSD as I thought that documents could be attached to the sales order and flow through invoicing and ultimately be emailed as attachments

    What’s nice about this solution is you can drag and drop when you upgrade and move the storage to a new location. I also think you can add attachments by dragging them to the folder on the network and don’t need to manually add through the Sage UI.

    Verify with DSD because I could be wrong on some or all of this.

    Tag the extra files (in the appropriate table) then use the checkbox option to include tagged documents... (untested, but that seems to be what is in the documentation).
