Here is a short overview of the VIP Program: The VIP program is an early adopter program, this is the exact same code that we intend to release on April 7th. I appreciate people wanting to poke around the new release and get familiar with it the more the merrier. I host weekly meetings for the VIP program each Wednesday at 8 AM PST to provide deep-dive training on various areas of the software, and to discuss people's experiences with upgrading to v2015 and use of the new version as a group. There is a substantial R&D and Customer Support Team present at each meeting to take in the feedback, answer questions, and address any issues should they arise. The sessions are recorded and uploaded weekly to the Training folder on Dropbox for the Sage 100 ERP 2015 VIP Program. There is a current training schedule posted in the Training folder, this is subject to change based on the presenter's availability. We talk about updates to the schedule during each week's meeting and I update the schedule with any changes as necessary. I think this is an excellent opportunity to provide some honest feedback to the team. After last week's meeting, had the sense that they (Deborah and Mike) really want to turn things around. Hopefully, what they are doing synchs with UK's directive or else we will be training/meeting new folks in NOLA.
