Invalid Key when entering Tracking number. The Client is on MAS 200 4.40.0.6. running remotely via a terminal server.
He goes to the tracking button on SO Invoice Data Entry. On the Summary Package Tracking Screen, he enters the package number and then tabs to the tracking number field. As soon as he hits Tab, he gets a dialog box that says ""The Key is invalid."" with an OK button. The OK button does not work and only solution is to kill the task in Master Console. The issue is sporadic but happens at least once a day.
The files associated with Package tracking have been scanned and seem OK.
Because there are 4 other people who do the same process local to the MAS 200 server without issue, it appears the terminal server or his workstation may be involved. Operations in other areas of MAS 200 seem to work fine.
