Has anyone seen this message when users try to export reports to PDF format from the preview screen, or by choosing "export" from any print screen. I this is only happening on one workstation, but that "workstation" is a terminal server that all users are connecting into. The error does not happen at the server.  I can't find any hits on Sage Knowledgebase.

I have tried reinstalling Crystal Runtime Engine and Crystal Designer on that Terminal Server.

Is it only the PDF export, or all exports?  Suspecting permissions issue where the .dlls are...

Good question and I was not sure but I just got another email where a user is trying to export to CSV file. So It is all Exports.

IT Is probably going to ask me where the .DLL Files are located. And the error message doesn't really tell me a specific file name to search on.

good question @Phil McIntosh  Where are the .dll's you reference?
I'm also having the issue that they have moved the C:\Users\..\Documents to the S: Share Drive (Redirected); and now getting "Unable to print SO_Invice3.rpt.  Your file waiting to be printed was deleted." which is a documents folder redirected issue.  When we asked Summit why it was moved to S Drive, with the Sage Article as backup they are now saying "We can re-direct them back to C:\Users if you need" which is really not what we asked.

What version of Sage and is it 64-bit? In Googling this, assuming you are not using 64-bit Sage, it seems to indicate the path for the win32_x86 folder where the DLLs are located is missing in the Window environment variable PATH. Here are some places I've found where it could be depending on the version of Crystal runtime, which is dependent on version of Sage. I'm sure these are not the only places so look around on that Terminal Server.

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

So it maybe one of those or close to it.

Presumably you can go to Control Panel / System / Advanced System Settings / Advanced tab / Environment Variables / System variables then edit PATH and carefully append the path to the DLLs. You may need to logoff of Windows and log back in for it take effect. Hope this helps.

Sorry, I should have included that in my original post!

    It is Sage 100 version 2021 PU 5 -- 32-bit version

I had Sage support live connected and he added the path below to the environment variable and that did not resolve it (however we have not rebooted the server yet).

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86
