    Invalid Encryption when entering CC in SO. Customer feels this is a security rights issue. Not sure where this would be changed - if at all?

    The encryption key is stored under Company Maitenance and then Preferences.

    I've had customers experience this issue and it seems to either go away after they log off and then on. I'm not aware of any role maintenance rights that fix this -- other than what you point out with changing the key.

    They logged out and back in and the issue went away.
