Sage 100

I was hoping you can help with an issue we're having.  Does anybody know the proper way of clearing the Physical Inventory file when the Physical Count Variance Register posting was interrupted / froze?  The customer has Scanco Multi-Bin.  Thank you and much appreciated.

And just so everyone has the whole story - we are trying to post inventory physical count and it is taking forever - like 6 records in 90 minutes when they have almost 40k to post.

We already tried rebuilding key files with integrity check and optimization on. We just aren’t sure where to go from here.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi!  I had this issue and scanco had to install a patch to fix it. It's actually stuck at the their mb tables.

Do you happen to know what version your patch was for and would you be able to share? Our customer is on Sage 2023 PU1. If your customer is on the same version, we might be able to use the patch.

Shoot ok. I do think program fixes are the same but wouldn't want to gamble it with premium just in case I'm wrong. Thanks for answering on a holiday weekend. Truly appreciate it.

That was it - it ended up being a fix from Scanco and kudos to them, they helped us patch it yesterday (on a holiday weekend).
