    I heard that ad too on my way to a client this morning. My guess is they're after the IT crowd that may influence or guide the initial selection process.

    @WayneSchulz - Selling CRM through IT is extremely difficult. You will always run into Microsoft CRM that way. And IT crowds llllllooooooovvvvveeeee Microsoft. Blargh.
