Interesting that there's a ""Retention: Support Usage"" campaign scheduled for the end of 2012. My guess is that's timed for 3 to 6 months before the expiration of the first forced Silver. It will be interesting to see how Sage positions this - will it be ""hey remember you can call us instead of your partner"" type messaging?

Looks as if there's one scheduled for August so we should see something soon.
