    Interesting snag during a current sales opportunity. The prospect wants their legal to review the EULA. 10 seat deal ... do they really think Sage will change the EULA if they find something objectionable? We'll see.

    At my prior company, we did work with a division of BC/BS, and they did the same thing. Our sales team did have to get Sage's legal team involved. I don't think the EULA Changed, but they did receive ""clarifications"" in writing; like an addendum. The deal certainly took longer.

    At Epicor, I have seen them make tweaks and they have dedicated sales counsel for just this purpose. But since they are mostly a direct sales organization and the deals tend to be larger, I could see the difference

    They will never change the actual EULA. Disney wanted to do that and eventually gave up. We still got them as a client, though.
