    Interesting observation: Customers who purchase new modules are reportedly being charged 21% for maintenance even though they do NOT get the benefit of Silver support until their full plan renews. So if someone renewed in February (pre-Silver) and buys a module and is charged 21% they do not get to call for support until their plan renews at the silver rate.

    A nickle here, a nickle there. Before long you have some real money. If this is the worst, our prayers are answered. I am counting down for when the time bomb blows on the 27th................... Guess it is ""too hard"" to make any changes. Does bitching help????

    No @JeffSchwenk. Sage has shown over and over that they don't care about customer or partner feedback. Pascal is out to keep his job for two years and get a nice six figure bonus for ""organic growth"" in 2012. The future be damned.
