    Great article Phil! I especially agree with this observation from within the article: You can find out if a particular prospect fits your criteria by asking a few simple questions: -What problem are you solving by hiring me? -Is solving this problem ""mission critical"" or a ""back-burner"" issue? -Why aren't you doing this yourself? And in my experience we all generally lie to ourselves when we ask these two questions that the article mentions: -Is in enough pain over his problem that he's motivated to find a solution -Doesn't have the desire or ability to solve it himself If we were more realistic about answering these questions I bet we'd waste a lot less time. Sure we'd be seeing only 1/4 (or fewer) of the prospects we see now but I can almost guarantee they'd all be FAR more profitable and fulfilling. Nice post!
