    Integration Engine error: MAS and CRM schema do not match. Please ensure that both products are up to date."" Version 4.50.3.0 of #MAS 200 and #CRM is 7.1.d.2. What the heck is this? There's an old KB on this from EES 1.3 that said you had to upgrade both MAS and CRM, but I just upgraded both. Opened case with Sage. Anyone else ever see this error? #upgrade #error #unhelpfulerrormessages

    Was it a parallel or in place upgrade? Is it possible you now have two instances of the integration engine running?

    In place upgrade. I checked the services, and there is only one service running, but I didn't check running processes. Client has left the building, so we'll try on Monday. Thanks for the idea, @PhilMcIntosh.

    Upgrade 1.4 to 4.5? Sage states you need to upgrade CRM from 6.x to 7 then go to 7.2 is that the issue?     @MoiraGoggin: They have been on 7.0 for quite a while now, so no, that's not the issue.

    Yep. I got an installer program from Sage that ""rebuilt"" the integration (don't know if that's the right way to say that). Once we installed that, the sync worked without issue. File is attached. Use with caution, no warranties or anything like that. Yadda, yadda. Starting to wonder if I need to wait for a while on these MAS/CRM upgrades. I haven't had any problems with other clients, though. This client is (apparently) somewhat unique.
