InstallShield error - having error (-5001 : 0x80070002) pop up trying to install an update.
As I've seen these errors twice now I wanted to write up the resolutions.
1)For ""pvx init failed"", make sure windows reports that sage has been uninstalled with the windows uninstall program tool
2)If you receive an error when trying to launch the update .exe for product update 2 (actual error copied bellow), it seems using the sage advisor tool to download/install the update bypasses the error. JEREMY FOX | Associate Sage Consultant
