Installing SAGE 100 STD v2018 workstation client. Where are the Crystal Reports v2016 files installed? C:\Program Files (x86)..?? or how do I verify that the runtime version of Crystal Reports v2016 has been installed?

Are you able to run a standard report, i.e., any of the reports under the Reports menu from any of the modules? If it will preview correctly, then the runtime version has been properly installed.

@LilaKorb ..thanks for your reply. Yes all reports can be previewed or printed. The clients IT Department wants to know where the files are placed. I have a call into SAGE support.

Not a 100% sure on this, but I believe that if you don't explicitly have the CR Viewer installer, then the Runtime is called via DLLs, and not a specific EXE. I think they are called from within this path: C:\Windows\assembly\NativeImages_v4.0.30319_32\Sage100ERP.Reporting C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine\13.0.3500.0__692fbea5521e1304\CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll and supporting .NET CR Libraries from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\ This is unlikely to be what IT is actually looking for, but I don't believe there's going to be an actual EXE in this case.

@GeorgeKhairallah ...I believe that you have it correct. SAGE support confirmed the above locations for the Runtime dlls, etc. SAGE support also had me confirm the Runtime version of Crystal Reports v2016 by performing a REGEDIT. (See attached image) From a SAGE City post I found this attached matrix of SAGE 100 versions, and their associated Crystal Reports Runtime versions. (See second attachment).
