    Installing Sage 100 Standard v2017. ""Please wait while sage 100 installs the Sage Advisor Update. This may take several minutes."" This has been on the screen for an hour. Is something amiss or is this normal?

    Sounds like it is taking about 58 minutes more than it should..... Did you shut off the AV, turn off the UAC, reboot the server before you started?

    UAC is off. No AV. Did not reboot the server.

    I just ""Ended Task"" started it again and it looks like it is going through. Now prompting for the unlocking info. Thanks.

    Sometimes there is a hidden/minimized acceptance prompt that gets in the way.
